Cell migration speed in large chamber 3D microtissues with varying collagen concentration: MDA-MB-231 cells were embedded in 1 (Ncells = 35), 2 (Ncells = 37) and 3 mg ml-1 (Ncells = 47) collagen 3D microspheres in large chambers. Cells were tracked and cell migration speed was calculated. Error bars indicate 95% confidence intervals
