More Answers to McPhail (2018a) Concerning Age of Onset of Pedohebephilic Interest

In his Letter to the Editor, McPhail (2018a) responded to our comments (Tozdan & Briken, 2018a) on his earlier Letter (McPhail, 2018b). After clarifying some misunderstandings, McPhail discussed our recent results (Tozdan & Briken, 2018b) and further research questions. We would like to thank McPhail for continuing this debate as we consider it highly relevant in the light of recent questions on sexual interest in children. In the present Letter, we also will make a contribution to the aspect of clarification. We then will mention some of McPhail’s (2018a) arguments revealing overlaps with and deviations from our approaches.

McPhail (2018a) starts clarifying on what he was writing about in his first Letter (McPhail, 2018b) and why we might have misunderstood some of his initial statements.
