The original version of this article, published on 01 August 2018, unfortunately contained two mistakes. The following corrections have therefore been made in the original:

The presentation of Table 2 was incorrect, and in the “Results” section, the number of orthopedic procedures was wrong. The correct wording is “A total of 1870 procedures of 8 different surgical types were collected in adults: 1220 for orthopedic procedures and 650 for gastrointestinal and urologic procedures (Table 2).” The corrected table is given below. The original article has been corrected.
