Unusual ultrastructural features in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma

THE ultrastructural features of an alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, in which cross striations were not demonstrable by light microscopy, are described. An unusual form of endoplasmic reticulum was observed and the nature and possible origin of this type of endoplasmic reticulum are discussed.
