Obstructed ureterocele with milk of calcium

Abstract

Milk of calcium is rare in the urinary tract. It is usually associated with stasis in pyelogenic cysts and infrequently with obstruction. This report describes radiographic and sonographic findings in a 15-year-old girl with milk of calcium in a simple ureterocele, ureter, and hydronephrotic kidney. Milk of calcium has not been previously reported in a ureterocele and is extremely rare in the pediatric age group.
