Preparation of trichloro-t-alkyl N-alkyl-P-aryl-phosphonamidites and S-alkyl O-(trichloro-t-alkyl) arylphosphonothioites

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Trichloro-t-alkyl N-alkyl-P-arylphosphonamidites and S-alkyl O-(trichloro-t-alkyl) arylphos-phonothioites were prepared.

  2. 2.

In the reactions of chlorine-substituted t-alkyl arylphosphonochloridites with thiols steric factors do not affect the occurrence of the reaction.
