Synthesis and properties of fluoro nitro alcohols

Communication 1. Fluorination of salts ofβ-nitro alcohols with elementary fluorine

Conclusions

  1. 1.

Theα-fluorination of salts of nitro compounds in aqueous solutions with elementary fluorine was extended toβ-nitro alcohols.

  2. 2.

By the method developedβ-nitro alcohols of various structure with primary and secondary nitro groups were fluorinated.
