Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Aryl tetraethylphosphorodiamidites have been prepared and have been converted by the addition of sulfur and selenium into aryl tetraethylphosphorodiamidothioates and tetraethylphosphorodiamidoselenoates.

  2. 2.

    The reaction of the aryl tetraethylphosphorodiamidites with methyl iodide has given the corresponding phosphonium salts.
