Theoretical prediction of the fcc and bcc structures of ordered binary phases

Abstract

A modification is proposed for the method of static concentration waves for possible use as superstructural vectors of arbitrary positions of the first Brillouin zone. A formalism is developed in regard to the problem of realizing possible fcc and bcc superstructures.
