Twinning processes during chemoepitaxy

We present the results of studies on twinning processes in the reactive diffusion zone when copper, antimony, and chromium crystals are saturated with elements from outside. An explanation is provided for the intense rate of twinning processes on the basis of the anomalies of the chemoepitaxial growth of the material.
