Interaction of dislocations and deformation hardening of the ordered CuAu alloy

Abstract

The critical configurations of combinations of various types of dislocations in ordered alloys with L10 superstructure are analyzed numerically. The characteristics of the dislocation combinations, as well as the partial resistance to motion of dislocations, owing to interaction of dislocations, are calculated for polycrystals and single crystals with different orientations of the ordered alloy CuAu.
