Analysis op mean statistical spectral dependences of coefficients of aerosol absorption in the range 0.59–10 μm

Abstract

A comparison of the mean statistical coefficients of aerosol absorption in the “transparency windows” of the atmosphere, obtained by the authors, with the results of the corresponding measurements known from published sources indicates the feasibility of obtaining data for optical weather prognosis at different geographical locations.
