Thermophysical properties and superconductivity of the metal oxide Y-Sm-Ba-Cu-O


We have studied the specific heat capacity and the coefficient of thermal conductivity for the superconductive ceramic Y0.8Sm0.2Ba2Cu3Ox in the temperature range 4.2–300 K.
