Conclusions

In the reduction of ethylacetyl-, diethylacetyl-, triethylacetyl-, and tetraethylacetylcyclopentadienylmanganese tricarbonyl with LiAlH4 in the presence of AlCl3, we obtained diethyl-, triethyl-, tetraethyl-, and pentaethyl-cyclopentadienylmanganese tricarbonyl.
