Thermodynamics of adsorption of water vapor on zeolites

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    On the basis of measuring the adsorption equilibria in the zeolite-water vapor system in a broad range of fillings were calculated the thermodynamic functions (free energy, entropy, enthalpy) that characterize these equilibria.

  2. 2.

    An analysis was made of the behavior of these functions as a function of the degree of filling, and the results, ensuing from such an analysis of the adsorption mechanism, were compared with the results obtained by other methods.
