Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The phosphorylation of polyfluoroalkanols with the acid chlorides of alkyl- or arylphosphonic acids is catalyzed by group II metal salts.

  2. 2.

    A number of polyfluoroalkyl esters of alkyl- and arylphosphonic acids were obtained by the catalytic phosphorylation of polyfluoroalkanols.
