On the formation of dimethylphosphonyltitanoxane oligomers

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The reactions of hydrolytic polycondensation of bis(dimethylphosphonyl)dibutoxytitanium were investigated. Dimethylphosphonyltitanoxanes are formed in this case, i. e., polymers with molecular chains of Ti-O-Ti, surrounded by dimethylphosphonyl groups.

  2. 2.

    The reaction of dimethylphosphinic acid with tetrakis(triethylsiloxy)titanium leads to the formation of oligomers of the dimethylphosphonyltitanoxane series.

  3. 3.

    The mechanism of the formation of polymer chains was discussed.
