Effect of the length of annealing on the texture of sheets of titanium alloys PT-3V and PT-3Vkt

Conclusion

When the annealing time at 650°C is extended to 6–7 h, the base texture (0001) [10 10] forms in sheets of titanium alloys PT-3V and PT-3Vkt, and this enhances the pressability of the sheets and the strength of the products made from them.
