Abstract

The relationship between the rate-limiting step of PTC and the site of the chemical interaction stage has been established for the cyclotriphosphazenes phenolysis reaction in liquid-liquid systems. Transfer of the site of the phenolysis of mono(aryloxy)cyclo-triphosphazenes from the bulk of the organic phase to the interface results in a change in the ratio of the products of the reaction ofcis- andtrans- isomers of bis(aryloxy)cyclo-triphosphazenes.
