Hadronic fireball and galaxy formation

Abstract

If the formation of galaxies was triggered off by energy density fluctuations in the hadronic era of the universe, then the mass spectrum of galaxies (and galaxies in clusters) is given by the thermodynamics of strong interactions. An observational test is proposed.
