Einfluß einiger Phenylessigsäurederivate (CFT 1201, SKF 525 A) auf den Einbau von 1-C14-dl-Alanin in Mikrosomenproteine

  • 10 Accesses

Summary

The incorporation of 1-C14-dl-alanine into the proteins of liver microsomes has been inhibited by three phenylacetic acid derivatives two of which inhibit the oxidation of a number of drugs in microsomes.

Therefore, the interactions by which these compounds interfere with the enzymatic reactions tested are thought to be different.
