6. Evaluation of 100 successful gonadotropin stimulation cycles for IVF-ET

  • 20 Accesses

Our experience with 100 cases of successful gonadotropin stimulated cycles shows that at present the monitoring of endogenous LH surge in the serum, abandon of coasting, washing of oocytes if the sperm antibodies are present, use of higher fetal serum concentration for transfer, as well as the choice of either FSH/HMG or HMG stimulation provide in our hands the best results for IVF-ET.
