The Wonderlic Personnel Test is a standardized assessment of general intelligence or cognitive ability.

Introduction

The Wonderlic Personnel Test is a standardized assessment of general intelligence, also known as g or general cognitive ability. Because of its short administration time, it is considered an efficient way to assess individuals’ general intelligence. It is primarily used to predict the future job performance of job candidates in a pre-employment testing context (Bell et al. 2002). The Wonderlic Personnel Test has been in use since 1937 (Wonderlic 2014a, 2016a).

Test Format and Content
