Immunotube Selections

  • Protocol

Part of the book series: Springer Protocols Handbooks ((SPH))

Selection of phage-displayed antibodies on antigen-coated immunotubes is a fast and reliable method for the isolation of specific binders from antibody libraries. This protocol describes the selection of antibodies from phagemid libraries and also provides protocols for the generation of helper phage, and screening of individual clones by ELISA.
