Padel, a racket sport, has gained scientific interest due to its unique athletic gestures.
Musculoskeletal injuries are very common among padel players and understanding these injuries is crucial for accurate ultrasound examinations. However, literature lacks a comprehensive overview of sonographic findings in injured padel players.  

The investigation by Giulio Cocco et al. aims to offer a practical guide, integrating clinical and biomechanical data, to enhance sonographic assessment and aid in injury management for padel players.
