For the COVID-19 topical collection, we are seeking original articles which provide new insights into our understanding of the impact of SARS-CoV-2 and COVID vaccines and treatments on the eye and eye diseases’ as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on ophthalmic clinical practice and management of eye diseases. Novelty and clinical impact will be key attributes of consideration in the review of these submissions. Articles that cover aspects that have already been well-reviewed in the literature will not be considered. Paper formats which may be considered for this collection include: original research investigations, clinical trials, review articles and letters to the editor.
