Jeffrey Dukes
Jeffrey Dukes’ research examines how plants and ecosystems respond to a changing environment, focusing on topics from invasive species to climate change. Much of his experimental work seeks to inform and improve climate models. Dukes received a Ph.D from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, both in Biological Sciences. He has been elected a Fellow and named a Public Engagement Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and he is a Fellow of the Ecological Society of America.

Melissa Widhalm
Melissa Widhalm studies climate change resilience in the midwestern United States and beyond. She works with climate data and tools for building climate resilient communities.

Daniel Vimont
Daniel Vimont’s research focuses on understanding mechanisms of climate variability and climate change, interactions between weather and climate, and global and regional impacts of climate change. In support of these research interests I use observational analyses, designed experiments using models of varying complexity, simple and advanced statistical techniques, and theoretical analyses.

Linda Prokopy
Linda Prokopy has many years of experience in research and extension outreach and is internationally recognized for her work to understand what motivates farmers to adopt conservation practices. She is the author or co-author of 120 journal publications, 4 book chapters, 7 datasets, and numerous extension outputs.
