Enhancing Health-span through Anti-Aging Dietary Interventions

We cordially invite the submission of original research articles, opinion papers, and review articles addressing the impact of diverse dietary interventions and eating patterns on age-related physiological decline in various organ systems, as well as their role in preventing and treating age-related diseases. Recent studies have demonstrated the remarkable potential of dietary interventions to induce biochemical and physiological changes that enhance organismal resilience and activate protective pathways.
