Das mechanistische Paradigma hat effiziente Organisationen überhaupt erst ermöglicht. Doch einseitig und übertrieben angewendet erstickt es Lebendigkeit und verhindert Innovation und Flexibilität. Das Denken in Unternehmen – wie auch in Organisationen, in der Politik und in unserer Gesellschaft überhaupt – ist noch viel zu stark von Abtrennung und Gegnerschaft geprägt.
