Im Folgenden wird die sonographische Diagnostik der Strukturen beschrieben, die neben den Nieren dem Retroperitoneum zuzuordnen sind. Hierzu zählen die großen Gefäße, das retroperitoneale Bindegewebe und die retroperitonealen Lymphknoten.
