Résumé
L’écho-endoscopie (EE) reste la seule technique d’imagerie qui permette de visualiser les différentes couches constitutives de la paroi gastrique, ainsi que les processus pathologiques qui l’infiltrent. Elle est également la technique de référence pour la détection des ganglions périgastriques et des ganglions dits édiastinaux ou cervicaux.
