Abstract

Many of right-sided valve diseases are congenital and once diagnosed they are dealt with early in life. Pulmonary and tricuspid valve disease that develop later in life are either secondary to left-sided heart disease, caused by the same pathology or as part of the natural history of the congenital heart disease.
