Abstract
Small benign eyelid lesions and eyelid wound artifacts can be easily treated with a rapid in-chair procedure. The authors have treated numerous benign eyelid lesions utilizing hi-temperature cautery (e.g., Accu-Temp Solan; Medtronic, Jacksonville, Florida). The cautery tip provides a very precise surface to essentially thermo-sculpt benign eyelid and facial lesions in order to completely remove or minimize their appearance by making more flush with the surrounding skin.
