Erratum to: Hydrobiologia (2010) 656:55–65 DOI 10.1007/s10750-010-0435-0

Due to an unfortunate mistake, the units for ‘Total phosphorus’ and ‘Dissolved inorganic nitrogen’ presented in Table 2 are incorrectly displayed in the original publication. The correct units must read µg/l instead of mg/l.

The corrected Table 2 is published here and should be treated as definitive.
