Correction to: Diabetologia
The authors omitted one hypoglycaemia-specific patient-reported outcome measure (TRIM-HYPO) from their systematic review. The original article has now been corrected to include TRIM-HYPO. An incorrect entry in Table 5 for the HFS instrument has also been corrected. The overall conclusion has not changed.
